There are people who do take care of themselves, don't let their hair, teeth, overall health go, or have a few touch ups , which is absolutely their privilege and right to enjoy, and they look fantastic. Dolly is another who comes to mind, along with Maureen O'Hara. Some are genetics too.

I believe many look better in more mature years, too, to me, much better than younger. Tom Selleck is one example . Not a few veterans age well, even with their pains.

Jennifer Grey and Renee Zellweger did not improve their looks but if they are happy with it good for them.
