I need some help. Looking for someone who would like to come trap beavers and/or nutria on my private property. They completely blocked the lake overflow pipe. Got it open and they keep going back to the pipe. Last year a man trying to get a deer, had game cameras and picked up lots of beavers and 1 otter. A whole zoo - sometimes pigs, bobcats, Mr. & Mrs. alligator, etc..

Is there such a thing as a Texican beaver trapper?
Never heard of one.
I didn’t think they’d lower theyselves to trapping beaver. Figured they’d only trap them high quality cats and coyotes.

Sweeten the pot and maybe include other critters, never heard of a Tejas beaver

we have tons of them down here. No trappers to trap them. only a handful of folks that even know how to these days. I cant trap anymore due to spine issues. I do know there are several in that area and the Montgomery county Extension Agent will know them. Also can contact your TPWD Wardens and or the Game Biologist for your area.

I do beaver and predator work. Conroe would be almost a 2 hour drive for me one way. That would get a little pricey for the landowner.

I thought about a vacation until I read the word alligator !

Gators wont be any problem. Cottonmouths, skeeters, and the warm temps trapping will make your "vacation" suck!

Nice fur out of Conroe, back in the coat coon days we had a lot of 30 dollar coon come out of there beaver were just flat pale beaver but there were a freight car load of them!

They are little alligators (think). I work in tennis shoes and have not seen them. Only from someone's game camera.

Think I'm closer to Kansas than I am to Conroe.
