Hernandez was released on a $5,000 unsecured bond. He would only be required to pay the bond if he violated his release conditions set by a judge. Court records show a Doña Ana Magistrate Judge Bryan Gelecki ordered Hernandez to have no contact with the girl or her parents. Las Cruces NM

In WV they tape him up and cut him a little and then drop him down a Vent shaft of an abandoned Coal Mine. Within 2 days the only thing left are the Bones. The Rats are huge and he dies slow. Literally eaten alive.
God please keep they 19 fallen UBB miners out of trouble up there.

Guy could try a payoffs 6 year old but won’t even require to pay bail?
How about I these people don’t show the JUDGES pay the full bail amount? It’s their decision after all.
