Lots of bad folks slip through the cracks White. Many disgruntled ex-t-man members have secret accounts here. I'm certain there are anti trappers and anti hunters that are secret members. There are other forums comprised of a majority ones who have been booted here, and they are reading and talking about the new political forum here already.
If it were like you posted below I'd feel better about it and I'm sure others would as well.
It's all up to you though it's your baby. I thought I'd mention that as potential source of hesitation for some.
Another approach would be that whoever has the data base makes his phone number available to the traveler. If the traveler has a problem he calls the administrator, tells him/her where he is and what the problem is. Admin can look at the database and get a couple contacts that may be nearby and hook them up with the traveler. Maybe that would be simpler. Almost like AAA

I am completely OK with however the majority would like this to operate
I am fine with one person having the data base and fielding calls if that makes more people comfortable participating.
There would, IMO be at least two requirements for that person.
1. Be near the center of the country to minimize time zone inconveniences.
2. That person obviously must have a phone.
I'll still be happy to continue putting the data together.
You all decide how you want it to operate.
