I think the night pic with the fence might have been during covid corral silliness. I went to school there years ago for automotive. It is a state school. Wasn't that nice when I was there , they had no money , it was a bit run down. Then about 15 years ago some funding showed up , big expansion and updating including the PI sign. Edit - I noticed in the pics the location of the fire hydrant. It looks like they were expanding the sidewalks and the fencing was for a temporary construction zone.
