Did anyone else get a check from NAFA recently. Like Christmas in March, I got a a check from Deloitte Restructuring Inc for furs I had at NAFA. No explanation of what furs sold or how much they sold for. I have no idea if I should expect another check or what. The accompanying letter did say some goods may have been transferred to FHA. I had already decided I would never see a dime out of all of my fur they had.

Glad to hear. Just curious what percentage of whole did you get? At this point kinda a bonus

I have no idea. There was no explanation of what sold or fees withheld. The only thing the letter said was they held a $20 per check administrative fee.

So what furs did you have there,and how much was the cheque?

I can’t remember what all I had. I do remember I had 75 cats, a mix of others, otter, fox, coon but don’t remember the numbers. The check was $1,743.

Numbers/correspondence should be in your tax records?Doesnt sound like much for that amount of fur,but better than zero,and a nice surprize after you had likely written them off.

I believe FHA has been holding unsold NAFa cats. Maybe they got released(?). Hopefully more to come.
