I just installed two important pieces of sailing equipment that should be on every boat ..... Keurig for making one of the essential parts of a decent Irish coffee and an ICOZY ice maker that makes little chunks of frozen water for yer day time beverages.
Now Pegasus is ready to take on any ocean.

Dp you have to haul all of your fresh water? I was told once that desalinization of sea water was cost prohibitive.
