trappingthomas OP trapper T Joined: Dec 2006 Posts: 1,899 MI	So per my "as good as I once one" post I have declared doing at least one thing out of my normal daily grind per week. So today I went small with taking a long lunch from the shop on a Monday. Surprised my wife with a steak dinner at a joint in a neighboring town. On the way home got her and her mom some tulips to add to their flower gardens this year. She was surprised and it was very relaxing mentally! Anyone else do something cool today? I told her I was going into the basement to do some laundry. Instead ...I found a folded up clean fleece on the table..and threw it in the dryer for 5-8 minutes. Then went up stairs with that HOT blanket and threw it on her ! Got some extra points right there.... It is better to die on your feet than to live on your knees.

Told him life is to short and called it a day at Noon. I went home and tapped Maple trees with my dad and baby, I've never tapped trees before and it was a lot of fun.
