You will find one in every Rescue shelter (Coffin Box). You will also find them on the Man Trips. Not used much anymore. We have Pnuematics now. But the Coffin Boxes are not accessible to air nor electric. Man Trips may not be either. Just depends where the Fall is.

I picked the tool up today. Some piece of crap criminal stole the fire axe and double bit axe from my lot before I got there, which were the 2 pieces I really wanted. I had a fireaxe stolen from another lot, on a different date and a double bit stolen, on yet another date, from another lot, I previously bought from the same auction company. Today and one other time they refunded all my money, rounded up and gave me the remaining items. The other ttime they gave me some of my money back. It still ticks me off. I would rather have the axes. They need to not let people grab their own and other people's items from the sites.
