Mine come in the orange packet. Have appointment with VA in a few weeks to change to a different earbud. Mine blister my ears. Also switched CPAP mask to an all fabric mask for the same reason. Sometimes my sunglasses will blister the bridge of my nose.

Anybody have this problem?

Biggest thing I found was audiologists are not the same if one says this is perfect for you Walk out you will find one that explains all your options and lets you choose Got tired of losing the above the ear / battery powered crap and went with inner ear rechargeable ones Mine shut off at loud levels and dampen down during sustained higher pitch levels and at the same priceline as the others
You will never replace natural hearing but will be amazed as Boco posted
