Well, if you happen to have tuberculosis, a tablespoon a day of melted bear abdominal cavity fat will help.
I hear it make good pie crusts too.

Honestly don’t make anything with it. Load up the crock pot with the clean fat, no meat. And cook it in there on low all day, as the fat melts down you just scoop the liquid out and strain with cheese cloth a few times until it’s clear and you want it as less murky as possible. Just do that until you reduced all the fat.

Use that lard for cooking, frying, baking, you can use it for door hinges, polishing silver, you can even use it to ram down your wad in a muzzle loader if you want to go the Boone and crocket style.

Bear grease is perfect just in its most simplest form
