Outstanding! I didn't get to see last night's game, but watched them beat Colorado Friday night. I hope they keep it up!

Ok sit down. I hope they win it all!!! She and most of the team never take a play off . Hustle on offense and defense. I mentioned last week if you want to see good basketball watch the women’s team. No individual play like the men’s side .
But I’m afraid the giants on the Sec teams will be too much for Iowa to overcome.

Caitlin Clark has really energized women's basketball not just in Iowa, but everywhere. She's probably the best women's college basketball player ever, and will probably come back for her senior season at Iowa. She has created a huge swell in viewership of the women's college final four.

Women's basketball is in a very strange situation right now. You may know that the WNBA is a failed business model and cannot support itself, so the NBA subsidizes it. The WNBA would not survive if not for the money that the NBA pours into it to keep it afloat. But even with that, the top women's players are only making about $250k a year, a fraction of what the men are making.

So along comes Caitlin Clark, who has generated a groundswell of interest in women's basketball, and of course the WNBA wants to take advantage of that situation and have her energize pro women's basketball, but there's a problem. Caitlin is ALREADY making as much money as the top WNBA players! Her NIL contracts are greater than what the WNBA players are making. She likes college, and she'll probably come back for her senior season, and why not?

We've never seen a situation like this in sports before.

Rooting for OSU first then Iowa second. Nice to see three Big10 teams still alive out of six but I think South Carolina is gonna have to play a horrible game to be overcome?

Teams are capable of playing bad, that LSU-Miami game looked like a bricklayers convention. Clark plays basketball like it's meant to be played, take your shot if it's there set up a teammate if it's not.

Clark is exceptional and they have several very good shooters so they can compete well against tall teams if they hit their shots. Tough road to the top but they are a great rep for the Big 10. Maryland has a tough game.

Are there any trans women, i.e. men, in professional women's sports?

There are a couple who are questionable. And of course it's been widely publicized that Brittney Griner is not all female. Nobody seems to know for sure what all has been changed, other than maybe those who shower with her after the games.

Russian prison guards said she is a he, so maybe not a complete conversion.

Looks like Iowa is playing South Carolina hopefully they can pull off the win.

OSU is playing well against the Hokies right now.

Wouldn’t it be exciting if 2 big 10 teams against 2 SEC teams . Considering non of the men’s teams went that far !

Iowa is the remaining Big 10 school. Amazing how the bracket creaters have the women pegged so much better than the men. We should not confuse effort with results but the Big 10 did have 7 schools in the tournement, so well represented and competative. South Carolina is real strong.
