I suppose you could call it "how to spot a complete amateur with poor or no holster" which is I guess what they would be looking for.

if they know what they are doing have the right gear and dress around the gun , your not going to know.

you might might have a suspicion when is suspicion probable cause ?

they are all ok points but it seems a bit dated

the truth is most people just are not looking it could be staring them in the face and not see it

America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.

The attached guide is way too small to read, so pretty much useless, as is.

Can it be enlarged, or linked, or something?

My guess is it you would be better off learning to read a person's body language as a whole. I bet the law enforcement guys on here could add better value to this thread.

I have been through many truck inspections armed. Even when it was illegal none of the officers asked me about it. I am sure many did not care but I am also sure many would have. After while its like your pocket knife. A tool you keep handy but don't really think about.

Mid 80's one weekend in Amarillo TX several of us waiting till Monday to get a load of meat were grilling steaks and drinking beer in the back of the parking lot at the old 76 truckstop. Big open pasture to the south. No cattle in sight. We started shooting beer cans back there. Nobody even came out to ask what we were doing.

To be honest, I rarely, if ever look for a weapon. I just assume everyone is carrying something. I know where mine is.
