You're talking about some of the best times of my life. I graduated in 98, back when things were good and Texas Country was just kicking off.

Can't tell you how many lonestars (we called them bluetops) I drank back then. Do you remember back then when lonestar was making quarts and you could by one for $0.97cents? The tops had riddles on them.
Me and buddy of mine would get off work from the feed store, take our six bucks and buy six of those rascals and ride the backroads. Good times!

HA! That was the place to go for sure back then, especially after the bars closed. Ain't been there in over 20 years. Seen some of the best knock down drag outs ever in that place!

But yeah, those were the good old days. We used to load up in the truck with our buddies and head down to Del Rio, and cross into Acuna so we could drink and party. Didn't have to be 21 to have a good time back then in Mexico! Those were for sure the good old days for our generation. Everything did seem to go to crap in 2008, not only country music. But hey, speaking of Mexico and Charlie Rob, this is good stuff....!
