After the rain moved out spent couple hours on the water . Bite was a little slow but did catch couple nice ones . The largemouth was about to bust from shad . Plus spawn is couple weeks away.

They aren't as photogenetic ... other than winning money I have no clue why anyone would fish for bass. well small mouths out of cold water are decent table fare..

Exactly. Bass are a blast to catch, especially if you can catch them on topwater baits.
