My guess is it’s a 54 with the ending numbers.

From what I have seen on Google search results, the "54" has nothing to do with the ball size. Not surprising really because the actual ball size is not .54. .50 cal molds will be marked .495 or .490 or .495. Is there no more to the model number on the mold?

unfortunately lee's round ball molds don't make as much sense as you would like them too they are just part numbers

however here is the chart

Looks like a .454 round ball mold.

.45 black powder pistols generally use a .451 or .454 size round ball
