cmj OP trapper C Joined: Oct 2019 PA	Youth turkey hunt is this weekend. Im from PA but settling on land in WV tomorrow, Would like to take my 10 year old hunting. Can I buy a regular license and buy the add ons later in the year, like archery and anterless. Dont want to sound cheap but gotta put 20% down for land. I will buy my son his $16 license. Can I use a blind? Didnt see anything in the regulations saying anything about it.

You have to be a resident for 30 days before you can buy a Resident License. If you are a resident landowner you do not have to have a license at all to hunt on your own land. God please keep they 19 fallen UBB miners out of trouble up there.
