Well he spent a lot of the speech bashing liberal gun policies and pointing how ridiculously ineffective they are, specifically in big cities like NY, Chicago and Washington. He also spent a lot of the speech bashing liberal judges and prosecutors for being soft on criminals but hard on political enemies.
