That's great news Tom. You'll be out there in the bogs in no time.

Great news you are on the mend.

Take'r easy Tom, but not to easy. Do the therapy and maybe one of those stand-up walkers would be easier on the arms.

I had my right hip replaced in the summer of 2019 and I have had a great recovery and walk a lot as they told me to do. I did not have any PT sessions but a few pages of exercises and walk, walk, walk. I know your situation was different with breaking your hip and then replacement. Don't know how different your theropy is but work to get range of motion and strength.

I have a lot of different exercises to do.One of the hardest things is no weight on that leg for 2 weeks,at which time I have to hear what the surgeon has to say .
8 weeks of using a walker has taken a toll on my hands arms and uper body. I now have exercises to do,to quell the pain in my right elbow, but at least now I can get in and out of bed on my own. Steps are being avoided big time.
Well I now must go and do my next round of exercises.
