Ok so I know this has been in and out of the media for two months at least I believe it takes effect in May.
How ever I still very lost and apparently so is Utah own dnr. If any one from. Utah here can help me connect some dots like did our wildlife board even know about this before the bill was passed it would be great.
To anyone that wants to look this up don't look into the salt lake tribune. Don't do it.

My own initial opinion on this is we should still have a limiting number of permits . And they have not shown sufficient data to warrant an open season. Atleast they didn't announce a bounty.
