I don’t !! If and only normally a flank steak I have the OPTION to slow cook one . Funny tough leather brisket cooks for 13 hours and you guys oh and ah like it was your first romp in the hay !! I do what ever it takes to make any cut of beef tender and delicious!!! Some steaks as soon as I touch them become crockpot steaks !!

I'm still trying to wrap my brain around the term "GIANT T_bones"??
Looks purdy standard to me. crazy

swampgas chili and schmidt beer makes for a deadly combo

You have to remember that 1 out of 3 Democratic Voters is just as dumb as the other two.

Good thinking.Since its "no USDA grade" mexican beef anyhow,,might as well cook it forever and make jerky out of it.For what you paid,,,shoulda ground it and made some decent burger. Then you could have over cooked them too!. laugh

I ordered chopped steak once as a kid not realizing it was the same as good burger. Which only take about 15 minutes to cook.

You can both have my share of the briskets.I would rather eat lard cracklins than them greasy hunks of crap.I will stick with my Rib Eyes and N.Y. Strip steaks. cool

You probably cut the fat off a ribeye? A good ribeye should be fully consumed lol

To me a good Ribeye has the same amount of fat or more then a trimmed and
Rendered down brisket. I love them both equally. Just two diff
Flavors!

I find Brisket on the lean side myself. Cooked properly one can keep an adequate amount of moisture in it but I've never really considered it greasy but maybe how it's cooked makes a difference.... ????

NE Wildlife,,,cut the fat off a ribeye?Only a cheesehead would even think of such a thing.Believe me,,there is nothing you can educate me as far as beef goes.I have raised my own for years.(as well as pigs and chickens)Go eat your brisket. If I want some advise about cheese Ill let ya know. smile P:S: I heard you were down the road trying to milk the neighbors bull again. The farmer don't like it and neither does the bull. laugh
