Since 2016 ad revenue for mainstream late night talk shows have declined by 41%. Audiences for Jimmy Fallon have plummeted by 60%, Jimmy Kimmel’s audience declined by 36% and since 2019 Stephen Colbert’s audience fell by 41%. The networks are blaming the pandemic and streaming for the decline. Nothing was said about the shows going Woke causing any of the problems. As one TV critic said, Americans don't want to be preached to on these type of shows and they are no longer funny shows. Apparently, the network hopes the shows will bounce back for the 2024 elections.

Every kid needs a Dog and a Curmudgeon.

Remember Bowe Bergdahl, the traitor.

Beware! Jill Pudlewski, Ron Oates and Keven Begesse are liars and thiefs!

I gotta go to work in the morning. I'm sleeping when those shows are on.

The time the shows are on though isn't the reason for the decline

True, but I doubt their views on anything is the reason either. That is what their audience wants, and that hasn't changed.

One of many hopeful signs that we are winning the culture war.

And if not winning then disgust by many at how far the left has gone.

I stuck it out a little longer. Letterman was funny the first years, then he morphed into a grumpy, bitter, old man.

It’s all one big long show hosted by different clowns throughout the night parroting the same Progressive BS, nothing to see really. Just sellouts that have no real point to make just a bunch of polished turds in suits acting like children.

Was born in a Big City Will die in the Country OK with that!

Is the decline across all hours of network programming? I expect so.
