Does anyone know what the break down is for the drumming fees of each species at FHA? All I can find on theirwebsite site is

"Drumming charges will be deducted for all long hair pelts that are drummed. Drumming improves the appearance of the long hair pelts and increases their value."

I am most interested in Red Fox, Coyote, and Badgers as those are the only fur out animals I catch but If you know the cost for any fur out animals I am sure others would like to know as well. Also are they drumming them for each auction or just the first auction and we are charged for it when they finally sell?

Thanks,
Schmattz

Don’t know the charges. Pelts are drummed one time and that is before they are graded and lotted. Once the pelts are lotted, they are NOT drummed again.

Are those numbers from FHA or what you have figured out?

Anybody have information on Badgers? Do they drum the badgers is probably a important question as well?

Thanks,
Schmattz
