I have to build an AR one of these days.

There comes a point liberalism has gone too far, we're past that point.

I don't typically think of 4 inch plates at 100 yards or 16 inch plates at 400 yards as the big targets.

also position shooting get them off the bench, then start putting time limits on it.

when you have a pair you can run races , go on "fire" first person to hit the target wins
you can also start teaching sling

on those 22lr if you can get out 100 meters they have to start reading the wind and figuring in drop. 200 is a real challenge with the 22lr

you could cut out some falling steel plates

America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.

I personally like a safety that locks the bolt on anything I plan to carry around. I can’t wait to check out the Stevens 334. Made by Savage but will probably take some sales from the Axis.

4" gongs @100yd prone is favorite with a lot of them honestly. Haven't had too good id a day to go past 150 though.
Honestly though most of this is just fun for them. They wanna shoot off the bench fine if they wanna go prone that cool too. Most of the time though it's prone bipod rear bag and I spot till they start getting the jist of how to use mil dots.
