You guys that have never dealt with a dangerously violent head case should not be giving advice, just how do you hold on to a person that’s out of control Id like to hear it. LOL Not really

I have put people in chokeholds, doesn't take 15 minutes to have the desired effect.
LOL, also spent what seemed like 1/2 hour TRYING to choke out a guy half my size.
But he had PCP going for him.

You’ve never dealt with amped up druggies I’ll bet. I was a bartender for the better part of twenty years in eastern SD. Was good money, fun mostly, and a great way to spend your off time. When you are on that side of the bar you aren’t spending like the other side. Anyways, many times through those years I dealt with less than desirable people and it was always amazing how crazy strong the crackers and methies were when they needed to be led out the door. They rarely left of their own will and tried hard to have things go their way. I’m a fairly large man, 6’5”and was about 250 lbs. Some of the crazies that were 100 lbs less put up the most resistance. I will assure you as Law Dog said, once you have them, the battle is only then just started.. Shame the idiot died, but what else could be done??? Taking out the trash should not just be on Thursday’s in my opinion.

A guy on Fox News, cop I think, said he watched the entire video. It wasn't 15 minutes, it was three minutes when the marine let him go. At 3.30 the guy took a breath. As always, media only shows the negative part.
