This "Ban it all" idea is pushed by an authoritarian agenda with no thought about what living sustainably really means. It forces everyone to adopt to the authoritarian's idea of Nirvana.

That is a very well written article. I am a bit concerned though to see that Vermont is writing the BMPs into law. I didn't know that was happening.

It really burns me up that some people think that they can tell other people what they can not do. They go so far as to get legislators to introduce bills that would ban certain activities. It is is just not trapping they are after., bowhunting, horse racing are just a couple.Our idiots in chief have banned the use fossil fuels, construction of the Keystone Pipeline, and mandating electric vehichles. Self appointed experts. They even want to ban off shore windmills. .
I feel for Vermont, outsiders have taken over,Bernie Sanders for example. Some of them have even complained about the smell of that dairy barn that has been there for over a hundred years.
