So far scientists at LL Lab have failed to reproduce their previously celebrated breakthrough in fusion research. They had claimed the first energy production greater than consumption, but after 5 attempts still have not been able to reproduce the result. In my engineer mind, if it can't be reproduced, it hasn't been confirmed.

It never was a breakthrough . They didn't count the energy from the supply they plugged the equipment into.

Electric cars won't cost much to run either if you don't plug them in, lol.

Just turn one of the hubs into a generator so it charges as it rolls. BOOM more miles. Energy from nothing since the car was moving anyway.
OR put a windmill on the roof so as it goes down the road it produces !!!!!

Heck
fire I'm going to work for NASA !!!!!

Well you cant do that so....it's a net loss. Law of conversation of energy. You can get some electric generation from your braking but it's only a few percentage of range added on. There are some techs out there that can capture static energy from the tire/road interaction and something that can generate electricity from heat from the tire itself.

I knew a guy quite a few years ago that was building a small turbine to generate electricity. was going to go under a drain pipe installed in a runoff pond. He told me he was going to siphan the water back into the pond from a collecting pool under the turbine. got very angry when I tried to tell him how a siphon worked. I think he has moved since then. This was about 1990

Are you being facetious, or are you unaware that the faster you turn a generator, the harder it becomes to turn? In other words, it take more than a kilowatt of energy turning a generator than the kilowatt of energy created.
