Well I'm back home and recovering last Friday I took a bad spill on my 4wheeler. As to what happened I'm not for sure I hit something or the front tire popped. All I remember is the handle bars got jerked out of my hands and the next thing I know I'm upside-down in the road. I fractured my left rotater cuff and my ribs are bruised inside and out my elbow is torn up also. This sucks for sure

They had to sew one side of my nose back on the flap on the side got ripped off.

Hope for a fast recovery

I was only going about 7 or so MPH but I hit something and it jerked the handlebar out my left hand. When it did it must have had my thumb jammed in the gas cause it shot up an embankment and that's all I remember till it came to a stop on top of me. It was on a rocky road and flat ground I haven't been back down to look at where I wrecked but I drive up and down there all the time. If my wood box wasn't on the front that I carried my traps in wasn't on their the handlebars would have smashed my ribs. They were across my chest at my heart and I have a pacemaker so I had to have all that checked out as long as my shoulder doesn't get worse I won't need surgery. I have a appointment with the orthopedic doctor next week to see what's in store for me.

When we heard you had been airlifted with no details, lots of folks, including myself, were seriously concerned about your well being. It was easy to imagine all kinds of things and it seemed it took forever to get the update that you were banged up pretty good but not on the critical list. It was a huge relief that it was not any worse than it was and praying for a quick and full recovery!

The fact that you are able to give a report on your current status is nothing short of a blessing from God .In just about any other scenario it would have been much worse . So good luck with your healing process. and take some time to be thankful for the fact that you are in reality doing pretty good
