I like the Hidden Hillbilly Holler Products especially if you plan to sell other products besides the ramps.

if you think you may branch out from just ramps to other foraged or raised products , you may want to just use a name that represents you and or your area
not necessarily a name for your business but food for thought

A little change to Trapper7's suggestion> Delete the word "Hillbilly" I like the Hidden Hillbilly Holler Products especially if you plan to sell other products besides the ramps.

No "name help" but curious as to who is licensing your product. In Oregon it would require a Dept of Ag processing kitchen with a special low acid food certificate.
My fear of moving stairs is escalating!
