It sounds like a great project Cathryn. Whatever name you come up will probably do just fine. What are your marketing plans? On line? Farmers market? Make yourself a nice label in particular if you have it on line. Here are a couple of labels we had made for our farm made products:

(My wife named it San Carlos because obviously I'm nearly of sainthood status) grin

Like others have said. Make a business name rather than using ramps in the title so other items could be included.

You could use the word Appalachian in the title. There are a lot of different business that use the word. IMO Hillbilly is a little to crude.
