The fact that 2 other people helped the Marine to hold him down shows that he needed to be subdued. If he didn't, the Marine wouldn't have had complete strangers helping him.
Proudly banned from the NTA.

I'm tired of the bums. At some point their existence began endangering the existence of good, hardworking Americans. You can't walk in downtown OKC without dealing with them.
The Marine will get acquitted. God will make more bums to replace the one on the train. You seem to have a lot of faith in the judicial system. I, suppose, it goes with the job. However, in the politically/judicially corrupt state of New York, I'm guessing the Vegas odds are leaning in favor of the deceased POS's family.

They said he will be able to be at the grand jury hearings that’s a big plus for his case, let’s hope the NYC folks are as tired of the crazy wave that fell on that city.

Y'all forget that the jury has to ride the subway with the bums. They'll understand the need for self defense and defense of others.
That being said, the Marine might have kept that choke a little too long....but I still think he walks. Well, this should be fun. I'm betting they boot every juror that voted for Trump and rides the subway. Lol

Just shows that we all need to consider a few things:
why be in a place like nyc for any reason? maybe just let others protect themselves?....if the marine walked away he would be a free man but now his life is pretty much ruined for at least a few years and maybe much longer. for what? how many of the people there who did nothing are going to donate $ to him for a good lawyer? the system is so perverted that it may not make any sense to get involved protecting others.
what say U?

I've already been subjected to a robbery at a liquor store. I was armed and watched as a couple of employees chased after the crook. I took about three steps and decided that bottle of liquor and whatever else he may have taken wasn't worth losing my liberty over. Would have been different if lives were at stake.... Maybe?

The recent Trump civil trial tried booting one for admitting on his questionnaire that his primary news source was Tim Pool on the grounds that milk toast Tim is a hard right conspiracy theorist.

Will the marines lawyer be able to present into evidence the dead guys long criminal record? Probably not. Dead guy will be made out to be a choir boy. Break out the 8th grade graduation photo or church photo to show the jury you cannot bring up his past crimes but you can show out of date photos all day long. Courts a joke just never could stand the fake drama and BS.
