Kracken are taking the Stars to 7. Good to see the 2nd year team improve as they did. They earned 40 more points in their past season then the 1st season. Good team speed and their goalie is gaining confidence.

The Leafs got screwed. That goal that got called back..was clearly a goal..and no whistle. Then Gooda was holding the stick of the leafs defenseman...during the OT goal.

I have never been a Stars fan but yes Pavelski is from Wisconsin and has earned his stripes in the NHL.
Dallas is probably the deepest team line for line and defense remaining in the playoffs. Will see if that depth can keep their line moving.

The golden knights bounce the oilers in 6 games on there way to the western conference final..

Torontos talking about what they have to do to get a cup, Oilers the same. They’ve both got top notch teams, but you need a good goalie with a horseshoe up his butt and some puck luck when it comes to the playoffs. Look at Boston.
Then there’s the officiating issue. No goal because ref deemed play dead before he could reach his whistle, the high stick last night was deemed a follow through, the list goes on. Some franchises have a team upstairs the quickly review every play, then relay to the coach the out come. Why can’t the NHL do this with all their fancy camera angles? The ref can call a 5min major, get info on what happened, and drop it down to 2min or no goal…etc with out tacking on another 7 minutes to the game.
The Canadians won the cup in 90s because of Roy. All they needed was 1 or 2 goals. Then the coach ticked him off and he went to the Avalanche and got Ray Bourque a cup before the old Bruin retired.

When I’m betting, I don’t even pick winners, it’s too hard, I just pick players for shots, points, both teams to get 2 goals, etc.

The western conference finals are set, Dallas stars vrs. Vegas golden knights. It should be a good series..
