I was called to a mobile home today that has a family of raccoons nesting in the base of the jaccuzzi bathtub. The maintenance man pulled an access panel from the tub and momma raccoon tried to scratch him. He pushed the access panel back in place and I got the call. I pulled the panel open to make an assessment. I could not see the kits but could hear them chattering. I was careful not to open it too wide and give momma a clear shot at me. I dropped a sponge soaked with eviction fluid in through the access panel. Everyone inside was quite upset. Is there an age that the kits start chattering?

I have never had good luck with boar pee
My suggestion to you would be to grab the litter and put them in a bucket.
Sow will move them for more work later.

He also removed the access panel, what did you miss for sign?

My day consisted of crawling in three crawl spaces and chasing out the sow.
Seal the home.
Put the litter in a bucket, and go home
It is a one and done on each home.
I am also approved by the left… lol

I went back today and banged on the tub. No chattering or movement. I opened the access panel and there was no occupancy. The resident advised she heard alot of moving around last night. I dropped another tennis ball soaked with Eviction paste down the entrance hole. Maintenance guy will go today and seal it up. Done and paid.
