Go to a good podiatrist. You need internal antibiotics as well as external treatment. At least that's what it took to cure my dad's.
In addition to the antibiotics, I would soak them in a copper sulfate solution which is stronger than any other fungicide you can get without potentially killing yourself.
But you really have to treat it internally as well because the fungis is actually floating around in your system. At least that was my dad's case.
