to properly name it here might be an issue , it's a @#$%TU*()_23$%^&*()_+3$%^&*()_ and a #$%&*()_W#E$%*()_%^&*() . birds nest.

the proper name is "professional overrun"

Ambassadors for me for heavy tackle spin rigs for everything else run mostly Penn spinning reels and as Hutchy says easier on big baits with a bait caster

Coldcalling ponds along the roads can be quite surprising! Used to do that alot 60 yrs ago. People take it personal nowadays.

I fished many year with red Ambassador casting reals. I know the new generation is better, but I doubt you will be happy or successful casting 1/8th oz lures with a bait casting reel. I suggest an ultra light spinning combo.

Thats what I've been using for years. Light but not ultralight. It works.

I have been using a Diawa Millionaire for years. Light plugs can be tricky.

Seems like all the big names use bait casters when shown on TV.

Baitcasters are by far my favorites. I use spinning reels too if the situation calls for it. Haven't used since I was a little kid, and wouldn't use a spincast reel.

Me and 2 of the boys hit a ranch this evening. Bass were slow though Wade lost a biggun at the boat trying to land it. Big crappie were biting good though. I'd post a pic but Savell has got me a little watchy about posting.

Well if Savell does misbehave and goof around with a picture of you, then you'll be in good company LOL.
