Looks good, and there’s not to much grease in a pan until it runs over the side, then you need a deeper pan.

In theory, not that much different from McDonald's hash browns.

I though it was going to be fried cornmeal mush with syrup. Who eats that?

Also, you can fry them in ramp butter and it makes a little panko type covering.
