Clean shoes or clean feet-no problem.
I dont want to smell peoples stinky feet in my house
maybe some people enjoy that.

People shouldn't have stinky feet, that isn't a natural condition. Stinky feet result from both not washing your feet, unclean socks, and more importantly not allowing air to get to your feet.

People shouldnt do a lot of things but they do.

My whole house is wood floors and tile so i leave them on and would never ask someone to take them off before entering my house. I just mop the floors every night or two. Now if they are muddy sure ill pull them off. I dated a girl in high school who's mother wouldn't let you step in the door with shoes, never felt so unwelcome in a place before. Since then i swore i would never treat my company that way

Boots and hat come off at the door. The way I was taught and the way I’ll teach my kids.

I have a bad back. I lace my shoes so I can slip out of them without untying. Therefore, I simply slip out of my shoes when I enter the house. I have hiking shoes, tennis shoes and a pair of Crocs that I can slip on or remove without bending over.

I'm in and out dozens of times a day so on. We have no carpeting so cleanup is easy and there is a mud room in the basement. I come in that way when it's muddy and switch from boots to slip on shoes.

As for taking a hat off, never been asked and would walk out if asked.

swampgas chili and schmidt beer makes for a deadly combo

You have to remember that 1 out of 3 Democratic Voters is just as dumb as the other two.
