I don't understand how these laws will prevent anything. They only work if all guns are registered and are routinely checked on. It only hinders law abiding citizens.

That would be their ultimate goal. It is death by 1000 cuts. They are trying to make it such a pain in the hiney to lawfully own a gun that most people won't jump through their hoops. Once they have the majority not caring if they own a gun, Bingo, outlaw them.

Dumbbell Walz hasn't learned anything. All you have to do is look at how well strict gun control is working in Chicago and other states like them.
