I start every fishing outing piling stuff on the net knowing that's a good way to hook up with the big one, when I'm with my family anyway! Sure enough I set the hook on what I know is a good fish, hand off to my middle daughter who is next in line to reel up. I've been coaching them all as of late not to horse the fish and not to reel up to the tip. While frantically trying to take stuff off the net while my daughter reels in I hear my wife say is another nice one. I then hear the bait click the tip of the rod, look to see what's going on while telling my daughter not to horse it or reel up to far. In a glance I see my daughter trying to boat flip a 25"(or so) walleye into the boat, that wasn't happening. Another great story for the memory bank for all of us! Always Fun! Take a kid fishing!

I'd like to make it lake Erie someday, but for now Green Bay is pretty killer too, alot closer as well upstate, It's a rebel 1750 xs! I like it Thanks Bear tracker, It's nice she supports all my outdoor adventures! I'm hooking up to the boat Friday morning, We'll see what happens! Don't forget to take a kid or someone new fishing!
