I was good and Hunted religiously with my Compound Bow. Then I had open Heart Surgery and the Cardiologist said NO MORE Bow Hunting and regulated me to a Cross Bow. I have to admit that Cross Bows are Deadly.

God please keep they 19 fallen UBB miners out of trouble up there.

As a kid I used to do many of those same tricks, shoot aspirin tablets thrown in the air ect, like randall above that all changed for me it was a car accident that screwed up my back and shoulder so it’s painful just to pull a kiddie bow now and I have this sitting on my mantle in the hopes someday it will change

Traditional Korean bow made by the last master bow maker in Korea, took two years wait to get it, all traditional no modern materials drawing 100 pounds, and it arrived while I was still in the hospital from this

Pretty good with a bow, but it has only been with a lot of practice. I'm no trick shooter...can't afford the arrows for that.

I'm a bowhunter. Still enjoying it at 57 years old.

Not much more exciting than hunting and arrowing a mature whitetail buck!

And a feral hog along the way. They were made for archery hunting...lol

I suck too. Only got to 21 paces and had to shoot thing thing in its bed[Linked Image]

I didnt want to respond to this thread but it started up again so here goes. In all honesty Im not that impressed. Hill was doing this a long time ago. Saw Byron Ferguson shoot these shots in an afternoon. Lots of editing and a pretty face will fool anyone. Here swing down aim is horrendous

You guys in that open country have my respect! And with trad gear too!

I get tight in heavy cover (southern swamps) and shoot down on em with modern compound gear.

That gal has practiced those shots 100s of times.
Just showed the ones she made. We could all do that.
SwampWolf, I've killed over 200 deer with a bow ( don't go into the vapors JByrd) and I'd say 95% were shot in tight Cover and under 20 yards.
25 yards is past my comfort range.
