K91773 trapper K Joined: Jan 2011 Posts: 472 Southeast KY	There is no penalty to the people who keep passing these bans, it takes years and a ton of money to work its way through the courts and when it is overturned, there is no penalty to the politicians as they spent taxpayer funds defending their law that they knew was unconstitutional from the start. In the mean time law abiding citizens are penalized and, in some cases, have their lives ruined because of it. To beat it all people keep electing these same politicians.
