In 8th grade we got to go into the factory and see how they made all the lures, they gave all the students a gallon sized plastic bag and let us fill them up with whatever we wanted. They made a 3” twist tail grub in “motor oil” color that was my all time favorite for smallmouth and goggleye on ozark streams.

Tony Orlando and Johnny Cash were a close second to TK, though. Went to a Tony Orlando show in Branson years ago. At the end of the show he had all the veterans stand and be recognized while a patriotic song played.
