Some very cool stuff happens in nature. Once in awhile we are lucky enough to see some of it.

I know, if you spend enough time you can see some amazing things, it’s one of the reasons I keep a camera handy, it’s usually when I don’t have one though that amazing happens

Here's a long story about a neat happening.

One winters day me and the dog where out In the marsh. On some high ground was a fairly large patch of corn. The land owner raised and released pheasants on this ground. All of a sudden 2 red fox came out of the marsh. The dog and I found a place to sit and watch. The 2 fox came together at the end of that corn patch.I swear they were planning a hunt on that corn patch. One fox held It's position at the head of the field and the other fox went back Into the marsh and circled down to the other end of the field and hunkered down. I think I heard one fox bark but I'm not sure. But fox at the top end of that field started a slow wandering hunt down through that field. I could see pheasants moving ahead of that fox. The fox doing the driving would stop lay down and then get up and start the hunt again. The fox at the other end of the field was on the ready. One pheasant got to close to that fox and It rushed out and snatched It up. It then went back Into a crouch and was on the ready. The next bunch of pheasants were bunched up and flushed right In front of that guard fox and It sprang Into the air and got another pheasant. some of the pheasants turned back and the fox doing the driving picked off another pheasant. They gathered up the birds and went back into the marsh.
It was the neatest thing I ever witnessed In the wild. The dog could hardly contain himself through this whole hunt.
