We ordered 10 but only five have made it this far. They have definitely been entertaining though.

That's about right. Guineas have a half life. X days to half still alive then half again and then gone.

Neighbor across the road from the plantation had some Guineas. They’d wander over so I figured that was a great place to put some sets. 3 fox, 2 coyotes, 1 bobcat, 3 domestic bobcats, 3 possums, and 2 coons out of 4 sets over a 3 week period. I love them things! When they disappeared, so did my catching.

About 15 years ago I bought 8 adults at a sale and turned them loose with the chickens. They keep everything out of the yard, rabbits, deer anything! Once they had that under control they tried to keep me out, every time I came out of the house they would make so much noise and follow me around as I did any chores after a couple of weeks of that I shot and cleaned them.
