I found this same looking mushroom in the same spot a couple years ago but it was much later and looked loaded with bugs. This year there are a half dozen basketball sized clumps. Is this hen of the woods? If so are there any poisonous lookalikes? [Linked Image]

Thanks Tatiana!
I sautéed a few of them in butter and resisted the temptation to eat a whole pan full until I saw if I had any reactions. It was hard, as they were so good in both texture and taste.
