I am thinking its getting later than I thought. I've came to realize that I don't have much time left and I will surely die before too long but with things going as fast as they are, I may just have a shot at a change in the rapture.

The rapture never made since to me and scripture doesn't back it up either. I guess it's appealing to think we a get out of the suffering. Christ suffered, his followers did and will also. That's my take on it. Went through revelations at church this year. They also didn't buy into the great escape.

The Bible says we are created in God's image. In the words of Jesus, God is our father. You are like your father. That does not mean you are your father though.

The Resurrection of Jesus the Christ is the greatest miracle in human history and atheist and agnostic scholars today admit - based on their own criteria of what a miracle is - that 2000 years of history since that Resurrection, and all that has happened in the lives of untold numbers of people since (7 people per minute around the globe proclaim Jesus as their Lord and Savior as you read this) would actually be a bigger miracle than the miracle of the Resurrection.

And if Jesus was Resurrected, the cornerstone of the Christian faith which a handful of Apostles (those who saw the Risen Jesus) set out to tell the world about, wouldn't Jesus still be alive?
Of course He is.
I'd prefer to let Him help me make as many decisions as possible about the things which are called good and evil. And for those of us who are called as His followers, we should pray for wisdom and guidance in those things God knows about. Which is everything.
