It is time to start planning for the Friday night dinner at the MTPCA Annual Convention.

Many of my best convention memories were helping with dinners. The fun and camaraderie will stay with you for a lifetime!

If you are willing to donate food or help with the preparation please let me know.

All monetary donations for the meal will go directly to the children’s raffle program. We always have such a great kids event made possible by these dinners.

I will keep an ongoing list of items needed and items already spoken for.

This cookout was a huge success. Fur-minator and his help did an excellent job in putting this together. There was a nice size crowd that showed up to eat. I believe they raised over $1,100. for the kids raffle program.

i want to send out a huge Thank You to everyone that helped to make the convention dinner a success!

The Carters and Vannortricks provided the pig and cooked it which is a big commitment!

All of the people that responded to the posts and made commitments to bring food, cooking equipment and supplies had me feeling confident that this would be a great event!

So many of you offered assistance and stepped in wherever it was needed and it was greatly appreciated!

There were 154 people that went through the line and the event raised $1,160 of which 100% will go directly to the children’s raffle!
