So if you sign a waiver going on an excursion that can take your life what happens to your life insurance policy? I know they were rich but how about their heirs!

Just wondering.

Typically the heirs would still get it.
Although, it might be they can say it was a suicide and if the policy is "new" (typically 2-3 years) they won't pay out.

People with insane amounts of money dont waste it on insurance.
They basically self insure like large companys do.

Forget that fear of gravity-get a little savagery in your life.

That’s exactly what I was thinking. Insurance will find a way to not pay!

Arm chair experts….ya don’t know who you’re talking to.

What happened there was the pressure pushed the end cap (aka seal plate rear) inwards popping the nose cone off. The nose cone is normally held on by a clamp type ring (like on a lid of a 55g drum)

You can take that to the bank! I’ve been there & done that enough when I was younger fooling around with 2 liter pop bottles at the lake.

The guy made some videos a few ironic statements regarding safety & design years ago. The real experts said that his structural safety warning system would give you milliseconds of warning before it collapsed…..lol. It makes me kinda laugh how a billionaire would risk his life for a 1/4 mil. On the other hand, hind sight is 20/20. All this negative info on them would’ve been harder to dig up, now it’s front page news. The one other rich guy turned it down even after he was offered a discount.
Aaaaand Obama is ticked that this is on the front page instead of the migrant boat thing (not sure what happened there) in Greece.

US Navy must have some really sophisticated equipment if they detected the explosion that Sunday morning when the craft lost contact. I don’t think they were anywhere close until the help call went out! I might be wrong.

There comes a point liberalism has gone too far, we're past that point.
