Slick Pan if we knew the answer to that we would be rich lots of ideas some is intercepted at false pass some is caught by the trawlers as by catch (40,000+)but all in all there is no solid explanation. The Nushagak Kings are officially a stock of concern that caused for a new management to be written over the winter. Where I use to consistently catch 30-40 kings a year this year I got 5 so something definitely is going on

Well it's show time, we were slammed and loaded up 38 k last night and tonight another 37 k .rough and cool wet weather one swamped setnetter and seen another towed in
Sleeping will be rare next 30 days

Stores are pushing fresh sockeye again this year. No king or halibut to be had.

Slick Pan I can’t say for sure but the draggers do kill a lot of crab like I said it is kinda the million dollar question

Pump stop working so dock crew hand pitching last bit
Really big question on kings, doesn't seem like the local setnetters are getting them
We have like 22 kings(yes small) for like100# out 100k reds
