Hammered them early this morning. Got everyone a limit and got back just when the idiots started showing up at the ramp. Five man limit of 25 in about 30 minutes. Cracked crab in structures on a Carolina rig.

I fished down there with Offishial charters last year, we had a blast. Used shrimp and fished the Rigolets. Don’t catch very many reds up here, just a few each year. However, flounder and trout another story. Had a great spring with the specks and now we focus on wrecks for big flounder , mostly on jigs.

Thanks for sharing pics! I love visiting Louisiana

I learned how to eat redfish “ on the half shell “ down there, and it works great with our striped bass too!
